Feed the hungry! Help those in
trouble! Then your light will shine out from the darkness, and the darkness
around you shall be as bright as day.
Isaiah 58:10, Living Bible.
...Is it
not to share your bread with the hungry and to provide the poor wanderer with
shelter, when you see the naked, to clothe him, and not to turn away from your
own flesh and blood?
Isaiah 58:7, King James Bible.
He who is
kind to the poor, lends to the Lord.
Proverbs 19:17, N.I.V. Bible.
I want you
to share your food with the hungry and bring right into your own homes those
who are helpless, poor and destitute. Clothe those who are cold and don't hide
from relatives who need your help.
Isaiah 58:7. Living Bible.
For I was
hungry and you gave me food, I was thirsty and you gave me drink, I was a
stranger and you invited me in, I needed clothes and you clothed me, I was in
prison and you came to visit me.
Matthew 25:35-36, N.I.V. Bible
