THE HISTORY OF JUNIOR ACHIEVEMENT IN BRANTFORD

The Brantford Regional Chamber of Commerce introduced JA to Brantford in 1965. JA is a non-profit organization governed by a volunteer Board of Directors. It is funded solely by donations from the local business community and charitable foundations who believe that our programs give our youth the edge they need to prosper in today's economy.

Junior Achievement is unique in that it provides practical, leading edge programs which are delivered by experienced business people. Whether a high school student is planning to graduate and enter the workforce directly or pursue a post secondary education, the business and leadership skills they learn in JA will always be an asset.
